This dealership is very unprofessional .I went to lease a 2021 Toyota Highlander XLE. As part of the negotiation, I wanted an Excess Wear and Tear policy. Westbury Toyota failed to: 1. Provide me wi 2021 Toyota Highlander XLE. As part of the negotiation, I wanted an Excess Wear and Tear policy. Westbury Toyota failed to: 1. Provide me with the coverage I requested. Namely an Excess Wear and Tear Policy. 2. Provide me with a timely resolution to this mistake made on their part. The dealership deceptively gave me a Vehicle Service Agreement, that was never broached in negotiations with Mr Bono the finance manager or Mr Franco , my salesperson. Westbury Toyota failed miserably when: 1. Head Finances Manger Mike, promised to correct the mistake expeditiously, when I met him in person and we spoke over the phone. 2. Finance Manager Luis Bono, lied to my face and told me that dents, dings and scratches are covered under the New and improved Vehicle Service Agreement. 3. They failed to provide adequate customer service to deal with this problem with my lease. 4. They displayed a blatant disregard in providing a customer with the service expected when they’re spending thousands of dollars leasing a vehicle. 5. They displayed a blatant willingness to push products or services that were not wanted, deceptively onto customers 6. They employ a total lack of transparency when completing vehicle purchase or leasing documents. Documents are completed by the finance manager and your are required to provide a series of 10 signatures via signature pad, without being able to read before you sign. 7. Luis the finance manager failed to go over the paperwork with myself, where we could have caught any discrepancies ahead of time. Other issues with this dealership: 1. The dealership failed to remove my previous vehicle from my father’s insurance. 2. The dealership either didn’t or failed to send to my car insurance company in a timely manner, the copy of the lease agreement and window sticker, that’s necessary in order to maintain car insurance. 3. The above 2 issues were resolved on my end, yet the dealership charges all these fees, which are probably supposed to be used to take care of the above clerical work. In closing: 1. I may consult a lawyer for possible legal action, if this dealership mistake isn’t resolved. 2. I would like to break the lease, with no cost to myself, if the dealership fails to provide me with the Excess Wear and Tear policy I require. 3. I will take my business elsewhere, when and if I’m stuck with the vehicle for the full term of the lease. More

Selling same vehicle for $2,000 more than listed on Toyota Certified website. Same car, same vin, same stock number. Salesman said “idk what to tell ya” I drove two hours from New Jersey to purchas Toyota Certified website. Same car, same vin, same stock number. Salesman said “idk what to tell ya” I drove two hours from New Jersey to purchase this vehicle. While in the dealership, I called the sales department for clarity. I spoke with someone that confirmed the higher price and could not explain why it was listed for $2,100 less on the official Toyota certified website. I was then met with what I imagine was a manager or the owner. He told me that it’s basically a mistake since they switched to a new system and that Toyota is posting their cost instead of their asking price. Whether that’s BS or actually the case, it’s ridiculous. More
My experience with Westbury Toyota was excellent. I turned in my 2019 Rav 4 for a 2021. My sales person was Jeremy Garcia, from start to finish he is a true professional . Bought a used Venza hybrid limited edition. I was told that I would be deducted $2000 from their listed price . After trying to negotiate the price I was scammed into buying prepaid maintenance and Toyota that I would be deducted $2000 from their listed price . After trying to negotiate the price I was scammed into buying prepaid maintenance and Toyota extra care all for almost 7k extra. The dealer made it seem mandatory and did not explain I could opt out. He was also not straight forward with all the fees and I realized that the price of the car was not reduced either. Their business is very murky. Stay away! More
