Dear Sirs and or Madam: I just Purchased/Leased a TOYOTA HIGHLANDER XLE AWD SUV, in CANDY APPLE RED. I have traditionally purchased/leased new cars/SUV’s, every 2-3 years, traditionally in various s TOYOTA HIGHLANDER XLE AWD SUV, in CANDY APPLE RED. I have traditionally purchased/leased new cars/SUV’s, every 2-3 years, traditionally in various shades/colors of Black, Silver, and Pearl White….NEVER, EVER CANDY APPLE RED!!! The ultimate deciding factors, for me, were positively staying with the absolutely stellar Director of Service, Nick Garguilo, who routinely maintains my whip in pristine condition (maintenance-wise), and having WESTBURY TOYOTA honor my one request for only Michelin tires on my new whip, as any other tire manufacturers’ products were flat-out (no pun intended) deal-killers, for me. Only the CANDY APPLE RED SUV, on The Showroom Floor, had my desired MICHELIN PREMIER LTX Crossover & SUV Tires in 235/65R18. My assigned Salesperson/Awesome Deal-Maker, Miss Nateshia Wallace, along with General Manager, Randy Abreu, and Team Leader, Jermey Garcia orchestrated a deal that truly beat all of those concocted by every other TOYOTA Dealership that I had contacted in The Tri-State Area, and subsequently made The 2026 CANDY APPLE RED TOYOTA HIGHLANDER SUV much more palatable. Ergo, I got my desired/trusted Michelin tires(a personal choice)…..AND A 2026 CANDY APPLE RED TOYOTA HIGHLANDER SUV, to boot!!! It’s my 4th automobile from this LEN STOLER Dealership/Group, (One BMW 750i X Drive AWD from OYSTER BAY BMW, and Three TOYOTA HIGHLANDERS from WESTBURY TOYOTA, Westbury, NY). I believe I am a Customer in good-standing. Actually, Management and Staff pretty much all know me, for years, as I look just like my Nickname. As a matter-of-fact, they kept playfully teasing me, during this acquisition, vis-à-vis my Nickname, and my emphatically, vociferously stating that I was not gonna be ending up in, or tooling around in, a 2026 CANDY APPLE RED TOYOTA HIGHLANDER SUV, but acquiesced, and ended up buying it anyway due to it coming fitted with my desired Michelin tires. Hey the color, it’s growing on me. Oh, my Nickname??? “MR. BIG RED”!!!! The 2026 CANDY APPLE RED TOYOTA HIGHLANDER SUV has now been christened with the Nickname, “LITTLE RED”!!! Bottom-line, if you and your family are looking for a solid deal on a New/Used vastly renowned as dependable TOYOTA CARS/SUVS; please see my friends, Miss Nateshia Wallace; Randy Abreu, and Jeremy Garcia at WESTBURY TOYOTA on Old Country Rd. in Westbury, NY. The most accurate analogy I can draw, for folks, about WESTBURY TOYOTA; Their Top-Notch SERVICE DEPARTMENT; Their Highly Attentive/Customer-Oriented Managers, Sales, and Finance Staff are that it’s just like the ad on the Pizza Boxes from your favorite Pizzerias, “You’ve tried all the rest, Now try the Best!!!” Get on over to WESTBURY TOYOTA, and Tell ‘em MR. Purchased a new 2026 Camry for yesterday. I have never experienced such a smooth and easy automobile purchase in my life! Both gentlemen were friendly,courteous, and professional. They made the entire process actually an enjoyable event. Along with the extra perks that Westbury Toyota provides like lifetime free NY STATE inspections, car washes, scratch repair, free lost key fob replacement, and other unique provisions, why would you go anywhere else than Westbury Toyota? I had a great experience with my salesperson Jose Contreras. He listened to what I wanted and was able to offer me a good price without the typical back and forth. My sister leased a 2025 Toyota Corolla Cross LE AWD from this dealership on June 19th and I regret having her go here. We negotiated a sales price of $32,250, but when it came time to sign, Finance Manager this dealership on June 19th and I regret having her go here. We negotiated a sales price of $32,250, but when it came time to sign, Finance Manager Marluin Reyes handed us a lease agreement showing $33,168.55. I caught the inflated number and had to insist it be corrected — which already made me uneasy. Then came the real kicker: they applied a money factor of 0.00434, when Toyota Financial’s rate was 0.00334. That 0.001 markup translates to ~2.4% in hidden APR, adding over $3,000 in extra cost over the lease. This was never disclosed — and when I returned within 24 hours to request a renegotiation, they refused. Their "make-good"? A year of free car washes. We had already gotten the “diamond package” That doesn't come close to covering the cost of the markup they quietly baked in. The Floor Manager James rambled some non sense for the sales price difference, it’s crazy to me how greedy dealerships are. The rent charge is the price of financing the over the lease term and based on the money factor it was $8,828, which is excessive. I knew it too and asked about it and it was brushed over by the Finance Manager, who stated that the money factor was the 0.00334 that she was offered but it wasn’t. After 7+ hours at the dealership I was not on my A game. The cap cost was inflated with hidden fees that weren’t broken down clearly. Their sticker prices are marked up above MSRP, which makes their “discounted” deals look better than they are. Seriously feel she overpaid and should have walked out. Had they not marked up the money factor it would have been close to $100 dollars less a month. This was my first and last visit to this dealership. They’ve lost my trust and the business of my family and friends, and it’ll be the last time I allow anyone that I know from signing anything before getting full disclosures and numbers. If you’re shopping here Know what you’re willing to pay for the vehicle. Know the current buy rate from the leasing company. Don’t let them tell you your credit tier is below and you don’t qualify for a lower rate. Ask for every number to be disclosed upfront. Watch for the money factor disguised as the “rent charge” — it’s one of the easiest places for dealers to hide profit. I wanted a transparent and fair deal. What I got was the opposite. More
