My 3rd new car vehicle purchase at this location since 2010. I just purchased a new 2019 Prius AWDe XLE. . My 1st Prius was a 2010 basic, whereas I gave to my daughter after she graduated. She loves the car. M I just purchased a new 2019 Prius AWDe XLE. . My 1st Prius was a 2010 basic, whereas I gave to my daughter after she graduated. She loves the car. My 2nd Prius was a Prime that was purchased in 2017. It was totaled in August 2019. I had no choice but to go back and purchase another one. This time I purchased the new AWDe which should handle the snow with no problems. Thank you Westley Richards for representing Toyota and saving me time and money. I will be back again. More

I have personally have a bad experience My car has smelt like rotten eggs and since the computer doesn’t pick it up Toyota won’t do anything. It’s been a nightmare. Bringing the car in is always quick and the service reps taking the car are always very courteous and friendly. Joshi Sunjit explained the complimentary maintenance they would be doing and would be updating me while I wait. Waiting area is large, clean, and comfortable with many amenities. When my service was completed Joshi reviewed what was done and status. My car was waiting for me out front returned the same as I brought it in. Thank you More

misleading price and surprising hidden fee I got RAV4 Hybrid and this is one of my worst mistake in my life. After couple hours of dealing, we thought we got good deal. But that was just illusi I got RAV4 Hybrid and this is one of my worst mistake in my life. After couple hours of dealing, we thought we got good deal. But that was just illusion and when we got the final price, we were surprised. You never get the copy of paperwork so you don't have chance to review. They just ask you to get signature that will mislead you. The procedure is closed and hidden, and you are excluded from the contract, which is truly irony. You only realize after you pick up your car in your home. Focus on the paperwork and check any single detail including hidden fee. I wouldn't even try if there was additional $800 admin fee and shipping fee although $1000 was already charged. They are pro and good at getting signature by making you delusion. More
