The dealership was a little hesitant in giving me the 1500 dollar incentive offered by another dealership on the Internet, but when I showed Adam Smith's email to me for 1,300 cash incentive they eventually gave me the 1500 dollar discount . I went to another dealership before and the salesman was not nearly as courteous, nor helpful in explaining the complexities of a 2019 Toyota and did not offer me any cash incentive. Nevertheless, the key for me to buying this car was the cash incentive offered. More

Rude and just ridiculous Well I went in this dealership because I was a customer from previous car. I went in and stated what I needed and my situation. I have been to 7 other dealers who offered me the same on my trade but this dealership thought it was a good idea to try to play games. I got up and walked out. Rude sales person and really no knowledge of what it was they needed to do. I went to another Toyota where I was treated with respect and they offered me the right amount on my trade and helped me out in so many ways. See at the end of the day it should be about gaining a customer who will return and do business with you and send new people your way. Westbury will never have my business again.. More
