He talked to us about the type of car we were looking for and made suggestions of which type of car he thought would best suit our daughter as if he were getting a car for one of his own children. Very friendly and professional . We came back 2 years later after our lease was up and the first thing my daughter did was to request to speak to Mohammad. Computer down Recently brought my car in for annual NYS inspection. Unfortunately the computer for this service was down. Service advisor Adalberto (Al) Irizarry was very apologetic , offered a couple of solutions, one of which he would call me as soon as the computer was up and running. Within an hour he called. I returned to the service center where Al met me and assured me this would be a quick process. Within minutes it was done. Al's professional manner and attention to detail are commendable and should be acknowledged. More
