Very bad experience This salesmen Alex was not nice, he was very dishonest with the facts, he kept trying to sell me a lease, I wanted to purchase the car. He quoted me a price of 21 thousand and something, the car was advertised online at 18,600. The only reason I did purchase the car was because I could not find a Prius C anywhere else. I have been a Toyota customer for at least 15 years, my daughter is (was) also a Toyota customer for many years. Neither of us will be back to Westbury Toyota in the future. My son-in-law who was with me stated that Alex was the sleaziest salesman his has ever dealt with. More

Amazing experience First off this dealership is pristine and spacious. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door and were helped immediately. Bernie approach First off this dealership is pristine and spacious. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door and were helped immediately. Bernie approached us and we knew off the bat we were in good hands. This was my moms first time buying a new car and she had a bad experience at another toyota location. The salesman she encountered at that specific dealership was very pushy, confusing and overwhelmed her. Bernie on the other hand, was kind, patient and spoke very clearly. Bernie is an amazing salesman. He was extremely friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. He is funny and had us laughing the whole time. He is very sweet. My mom and I are so glad he was the one who helped us today. My mom was able to purchase her Rav4 without any confusion or regrets. Couldn't have asked for a better salesman.
