Each time, we came to the Westbury Toyota dealership we met with Chris Granados. Simply said he is amazing. Chris is very knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, and has superb customer service skills. We were offered a better deal at another dealership, but chose to get our car from the Westbury Toyota. They are honest, stand behind their offer, and treat you right. 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD Wanted to take the opportunity to thank Westbury Toyota for their help in taking car of our car issue....especially Mr. Ralston Dunn. Long story short Wanted to take the opportunity to thank Westbury Toyota for their help in taking car of our car issue....especially Mr. Ralston Dunn. Long story short, we were sold a bill of goods at Riverhead Toyota (Highly recommend you avoid the Riverhead location at all costs) a few years back. Only reason we went to the Riverhead location was BECAUSE of it's location. BIG mistake. We were lied to so many times there that I lost all faith in Toyota as a company. Luckily for Toyota, Ralston Dunn restored our faith. He took his time out of his busy schedule to explain everything to us in a PROFESSIONAL way......something that Riverhead Toyota is completely devoid of. He was very respectful and understanding of our situation and patiently worked with us to rid ourselves of a bad lease agreement we had in Riverhead. Mr. Dunn deserves all the credit in the world and honestly, if Toyota were a smart company...they would give this man a job in upper management. Thank you also to Luis Lall in finance for just being a friend and being someone I could text or call at a moments notice to guide me in the right direction. 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD FOR WESTBURY TOYOTA!!
