I went in expecting to walk out without getting the car I wanted because it was no William Chin Sang was the best sales person I have ever dealt with. There were able to find the TSB with the latest firmware update to fix the sound output coming from my phone instead of the car speakers when using the Entune app via USB tethering. More

He opened the door for me, offered me something to drink (water, etc.), had my car washed, had my registration sticker put on my car. Amazing! I feel like royalty. Gentlemen like these are rare!
