100% plus satisfied. I went to Westbury Toyota to look for a new car. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Denise then by Collin. He introduced himself shook my hand sa I went to Westbury Toyota to look for a new car. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Denise then by Collin. He introduced himself shook my hand sat me down at one of the tables. He offered me coffee, water, and some snacks. After that he asked me what was I looking for. I told him and he said I have a few of those in stock. He asked if I wanted to go out for a test drive with no obligations. I said sure. We went out and took the car out for a test drive. I loved how it drove. As we were doing the test drive he explained all the features the car has. When we got back to the dealership he asked me how would I like to proceed. I said let's do this. He sat me back down and we started the application process. Brought me over to the finance manager and then after a few minutes he called me in and told me the numbers. I agreed to what he told me. Collin was very attentive to me while all the paperwork was being finalized. I was there probably around 1 hour and a half to about 2 hours. I believe that was quick for a Saturday afternoon to be in and out. I leased my vehicle with that said when myease is over I'm definitely going back to Westbury Toyota and making sure Collin is my sales man. I told my cousin how it went now he wants to go and see Collin for his next vehicle. I really will recommend Westbury Toyota and Collin. More

My car was “dying” I have a 2012Prius and one morning on my way home from work I hit one of the many potholes on our lovely highly taxed, Long Island roads. To the best of what I was told , the brain died! Mega problem, I thought, great, just what I need! Well, it turns out it was covered under the warranty.. No arguments, no trying to sell me something! Pure Five Star Service!! I was given a loaner car right away, was told they had to order the part and I would have my car the next day. They could’ve ripped me off for the over $2000 it cost, but they honored the warranty as they should have, honestly!!!!! This is my third Toyota and I’m know it won’t be my last! More
