Great salesperson but dealership needs extra hands I loved Trevor, he did everything he could to make me a happy customer. However, as a long-standing customer the management needs to take as much care I loved Trevor, he did everything he could to make me a happy customer. However, as a long-standing customer the management needs to take as much care, as their salespeople do! Having leased multiple vehicles from this dealership; the whole process took entirely too long. I went in at 12pm and did not leave until 4:40pm! I just waited and waited and waited for the car to be fueled and cleaned before i could meet with the finance person, to get the car and go home. And this was all due to them being short-staffed. Trevor was very kind and apologized much, as I said the issue was not him, but the management not staffing the facility in an efficient manner to make customers happy. More

Good place to deal with My salesman was Will Chin-Sang. I immediately felt at ease and comfortable with him. He was friendly, direct and willing to work with me in order to My salesman was Will Chin-Sang. I immediately felt at ease and comfortable with him. He was friendly, direct and willing to work with me in order to meet my requirements. He and his supervisor Everett decided rather quickly and, I believe, fairly to work with me and my financial requirements to make a deal on the Corolla that I wanted. I would not have stayed at this or any dealership for hours and hours to hash out the terms of the deal......who likes to do that? The next step was to go into the dreaded little room to meet with the financial person. Grace was very personable and likeable. She professionally outlined all of my options. So, I left after a relatively short time with a deal on my 2018 Corolla. A couple of days later I returned to pick up my Corolla which was ready and prepped. My only complaint was that I checked the tire PSI after I got home to find that all of the tires were set at 42 PSI instead of the prescribed 32. Good experience and I would recommend Westbury Toyota to a friend. More

Loyalty - Going on my 4th lease I just visited Westbury Toyota this past Saturday to turn in my 2015 RAV4 and lease a 2018 RAV4. This is my 4th lease with Westbury Toyota and we hav I just visited Westbury Toyota this past Saturday to turn in my 2015 RAV4 and lease a 2018 RAV4. This is my 4th lease with Westbury Toyota and we have also bought a Corolla at this dealership. The reason we keep coming back is Ralston Dunn. He is a kind, family man who really takes the time to explain all options and make sure we were in the right car. In fact, back in February, I had inquired about turning in my lease early and possibly looking into other options. Ralston took the time back then and we determined that it was best to wait until it was closer to my lease return date to make a change due to my circumstances. He could have pushed for a sale in February but he did not! I am happy with my new 2018 RAV. More
