Unfriendly sales Manager with a bad attitude! Bought a used RAV and had issues with TPMS light on and brakes feeling spongy. Wanted someone from Service to check out, before I bought truck. I aske Bought a used RAV and had issues with TPMS light on and brakes feeling spongy. Wanted someone from Service to check out, before I bought truck. I asked Salesman Juan to have Used Car Manager come out and talk to me about fixing issues. Salesman told me he would say no before even coming out! He insisted he would speak to him about truck issues and of course he came out saying Manager won't do anything. I also was given one key for truck and asked them to make another. They said NO, you can pay $300 for us to make one. Pretty poor customer relations going on here. Their bottom line is sell and get rid of you!.Salesman Juan Rojas was very nice, by the way, but works for arrogant Managers.. I noticed on this website that everybody gets 5 star ratings. What a joke! I never have been to a Dealership where the Managers hide behind the main counter and have bad attitudes. Leaves you with a bad feeling about whole Dealership. Arrogant bunch ! Act like they did you a big favor selling car to you. More
