Respect! I have been buying and/or leasing the Toyota Camry for over 30 years. As my 2015 lease was coming to an end, It was time to go through the grueling p I have been buying and/or leasing the Toyota Camry for over 30 years. As my 2015 lease was coming to an end, It was time to go through the grueling process of leasing a new Camry. What a welcome surprise to discover there IS a way to lease a new car without it being the usual nightmare. Run, do not walk, to Westbury Toyota and ask for Ralston Dunn. My experience this past week working with Mr. Dunn was the first and only time I felt as if leasing a car could actually be pleasant, honest and educational. There was no protracted negotiation. There was information, clarity, patience and most important - respect. I felt Mr. Dunn understood what I needed, and within minutes (yes, minutes) I had my deal. Throughout the entire time I was there, Mr. Dunn explained everything with patience and calm. He walked me through every step, and made sure that I understood everything on the upgraded (and somewhat complicated) control panel. I was amazed at how much time he spent with me (I hoped there was no one else waiting for him!) He was gracious, engaging and very professional. This is the dealership to go to - and request Ralston Dunn. I left Westbury Toyota with a lovely new car, and a great deal of respect - both ways. And that says a lot. More

Juan is the best! Juan Rojas is the nicest, most honest, and friendly car salesman that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Carlos made the whole process very easy and within 20 minutes he showed me a car that was e I went into Westbury Toyota knowing exactly what I wanted. Carlos made the whole process very easy and within 20 minutes he showed me a car that was exactly what I was looking for and ended up purchasing. I was able to get my new insurance policy set up at the dealer that day, and when I went back to pick up my car a few days later even the financing process was quick and easy. I didn't encounter any of the typical car salesmen "games" and felt everyone was honest with me from the start and respected what kind of car I wanted and what I was willing to pay for. More
