After many unresolved service issue after a recall I had
contacted the Toyota engagement center which was working for months to resolve the issue that the service department did fix a one point but the fix

I went to see the general manager Randy who was truly concerned about the issue with his service department. My issue was with the mechanics by adviser Al tried his very best to get to the bottom of the issue but to no avail and he was very pleasant and helpful but once past him all went downhill.
So after I left service I went to see the dealership General manager Randy who set me up with Carlos Fumana. Between the both of the they went above expectations to resolve my issue by putting me in a newer 2022 from 2019 rav4. I would recommend working with Carlos from sales and Al as a service advisor.
