Appointment kept on time, salesman explanations satisfactory I originally was interested in leasing a Camry but the new Camrys were far too big for my needs as a senior citizen now doing limited driving.. Howev I originally was interested in leasing a Camry but the new Camrys were far too big for my needs as a senior citizen now doing limited driving.. However the Corolla was the same length as my old 2001 Camry trade-in albeit slightly narrower which suited me. Ralston satisfactorily explained how leasing was handled since I'd never leased before and the monthly payments were a definite concern.. He also ran over the details of what was now included in a vehicle 17 years newer than mine - the improvements and differences, and unexpectedly I drove home with my new Corolla the same day. I've dealt with Westbury Toyota service for many years so I logically went there first when I was interested in a newer car. All in all a satisfactory experience. More

We planned on shopping several dealerships, but after meeting with Ralston Dunn there was no reason to look elsewhere. His knowledge and understanding of what we wanted was apparent. Ralston listened, answered our questions clearly, gave us options, and then worked out a price. He was professional throughout the process.
