Ralston Dunn deserves a promotion!!! My 2015 Camry lease was up and it was time for a new car. I had a deal set with a car broker and gave Toyota a call to see if the RAV4 was comparable to the car i selected (Nissan Rogue) via my broker. I received 30+ calls from Toyota prior to my lease ending as they were trying to earn my business. I am in the business of Relationship Management and am extremely reluctant to do business with anyone who is not referred by a trusted source. In my call to Westbury Toyota, i was somehow transferred to Ralston Dunn and was extremely direct in sharing the intricate details of my arrangement with my broker. I spoke with Ralston for the first time on Friday 2/2/18. I explained that i would not sit in any dealership for several hours in the process of getting my new car; in fact, my broker was scheduled to deliver my Rogue to my home and i would never have to step foot into any dealership. I gave Ralston the opportunity to earn my business and his exceptional service is the reason i continued to stay with Toyota in leasing the RAV4. The entire process of getting my new car, took all of 120 minutes. My wife and i were extremely lucky to have met this gentleman as he was respectful of our time and conscious of our concerns and he delivered above and beyond anything i expected from Westbury Toyota. Even down to the final stage, my plates were swapped onto my new car and my new RAV4 was parked directly next to my Camry so i could empty my possessions, all while i sat with Morris the finance manager. I hope that Ralston is recognized for his delivery of phenomenal service and i will be sure to refer a handful of business to him in the near future.
