Minimal expectations, maximum return I was 2 1/2 years into my lease of a 2015 Toyota Prius C, which I got at Westbury Toyota based on a promotion. I got a notice in the mail that I was I was 2 1/2 years into my lease of a 2015 Toyota Prius C, which I got at Westbury Toyota based on a promotion. I got a notice in the mail that I was eligible for an upgrade, and I was due for a service anyway, so I thought I'd bring it in and see what I could come back with. I was very happy with my existing Prius, and didn't really have much incentive to turn it in. Enter Mr. Trevor Panton, the elder statesman of Westbury Toyota. It was technically Mr. Panton's day off, as he is semi-retired and only works a few days a week. He took his time with me, worked with me on the numbers, explained how the upgrade worked, took my pretty firm numbers into account, and still made me an amazing deal on an upgrade to a deluxe model Prius CHR. And it's a black car...in the 40 years I've been driving, I never had a sleek, black-on-black car, certainly not one as well-equipped or sturdy as this. Yes, I know it's a Prius, which I choose for my 40-minute-each-way commute, but it's the best xxxx Prius on the lot. The process was not only painless, it was pleasant, and this can be attributed to Mr. Panton's easy demeanor, sense of humor and zero-pressure approach. I really enjoyed the morning making this happen and really feel like a got a deal. Mr. Panton is a real gem at xxx. And I get to drive a black car, for once. I've named it Tornado, after Zorro's horse. More
