He is also a genuinely nice person and you can tell he cares about his customers. I ask a lot of questions and he is patient and will explain what you need to know. If there are any issues he is quick to resolve them. He has checked in just to make sure I was happy with my purchase and to ask if anything needed to be addressed. I had comparative shopped at a few other dealers and I definitely made the right choice. Other people I've interacted with at this dealership/service department have also been great, but I'm particularly glad Erick is my point person! More
