Trevor Panton was courteous, patient and professional. I have owned 8 toyotas since 1981 and dealt with three other dealerships, but Westbury has been the easiest to work with. Salesmen and finance manager the best. Jerod Gatling was the salesman who was so helpful. When I entered store I had been shopping for a car for several weeks with granddaughter and was tot Jerod Gatling was the salesman who was so helpful. When I entered store I had been shopping for a car for several weeks with granddaughter and was totally confused with the different stories told to me by most salesmen. Jerod was so patient and helpful and spoke with such knowledge. We not easy customers taking several days to get things together but Jerod never seemed to mind and was always there for us.When we had to see the finance man I held my breath as after buying many cars in my 77 years I knew that this would be the worst of it but to my surprise Morris Sutton the finance manager also was most helpful and understanding. I thank the store owners for having such excellent staff and now know where I will be buying my future cars. More
