Came just to look and left with a car I visited Westbury Toyota to take a look at a 2016 Toyota Corolla I saw advertised on the internet. As I approached the dealership Collin the Sales Re I visited Westbury Toyota to take a look at a 2016 Toyota Corolla I saw advertised on the internet. As I approached the dealership Collin the Sales Rep immediately welcomed me and was very eager to assist me. (Not in the sleazy car salesman way.) I sensed that he genuinely wanted me to provide the best service possible. After showing him the printout, he quickly brought the car around and we took it for a test drive. I fell in love with the car and decided to buy it. With Collin's help I was able to get a great deal on my car almost new car. The overall service was great and I have no complaints. Since buying my car 2 months ago, Collin and folks at Westbury Toyota have been there to answer any questions I may have. Thanks to Collin & the staff at Westbury Toyota! More

Reached out via the internet, I was promptly contacted and given a good competitive quote over the phone without hassle. I received better quotes elsewhere but the courteous service, promptness and respect for my time more than made up for the small difference in price. The good experience continued at the dealership. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment I was quickly and kindly greeted by Eyal Eitan who then was responsible to complete the process. Eyal patiently but quickly explained and went over the paperwork, took care of my trade-in, answered questions and didn't try to hassle me with extra fees. The quote I agreed to is the price I paid. Eyal and the team were able to get me out of there with my new RAV4 in a very reasonable amount of time. The finance manager, Luis Valdez, also provided excellent service as did Jennelle the Internet Salesperson. A truly good experience. Thank you all, Rino More

He was available to answer all my questions and concerns. John had a manner that was very personal and caring in additional to being professional. When I recommend anyone to this dealership I would ,without hesitation, tell them to request John Jack. I must also mention Grace Castillo from the finance department. Talking with Trevor about the car was more like talking to a family member than a pushy salesman. He is both classy and knowledgeable and made sure any concerns were taken care of. The car is a dream and handles excellent. Comfort, acceleration, safety, and gas mileage were everything I was looking for. I would recommend Westbury Toyota to anyone looking for a great car. More

DISRESPECTFUL MANAGER!!! Today my family and I walked in to Westbury Toyota and was greeted by a very courteous sales man, Brandon. Unfortunately we will NEVER be coming back. After a brief and pushy conversation with his sales manager Randy Abreu, we decided to take a step back and told him we needed to think about it, he told his salesman "What a xxxxING waste of time!" right behind me. This is absolutely uncalled for especially coming from a manager. We absolutely loved the car but will definitely be taking our business else where. More
