Best car buying experience ever! My 83 year old mother needed a new car. Her last car was purchased in 1995, so this was a new experience for her. Alex was the ideal salesman. He was patient and careful in answering Mom's questions, and detailed and accurate in answering mine. Even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon, the entire process was quick, efficient, and satisfying. And when everything was taken care of he took the time to go over everything and make sure I was satisfied. The service center itself was immaculate, clean and airy and the lounge area as well. I almost didn't want to leave when my car was ready. Not only will I shop here again but I will make sure my car is always serviced here too. More

He is very professional, courteous, and patient when working with clients. We are greeted with "good morning, how are you". It's a nice feeling being greeted this way. Jamie definitely knows his products and has expertise in recommending what service is required. It seems as though he has esp as we drive in and is there to greet us upon entering the service dept. No questions go unanswered. He takes the time to explain everything that was completed on the car before we leave. He has the patience of a saint!. We are extremely comfortable working with Jamie and know he is looking out for benefit to keep the cars in tip top shape. Westbury Toyota is very fortunate to have Jamie Nussbaum in their employ. He is a 10 out of 10. Would recommend anyone to ask for Jamie when service is requested, and definitely will be returning to have Jamie take care of us. More

Jamie Nussbaum is the ultimate professional in the Svce Dept. He is kind, courteous and is ALWAYS willing to help. He is very knowledgeable and very gracious. The technicians and all the ppl in the service area are pleasant to deal with. If you need service on your vehicle Jamie is the go to guy. I live in Queens and still drive out to Westbury, NY because of ppl like Jamie Nussbaum. He is a 10 out of 10 ! Doesn't get better than this ! Leora G. More

Dishonest,Enethical, lies lies lies I emailed dealership, Heard back from Lisa. Emailed her why car was on the lot for 5 months, what was wrong with it? Scratches, dents, was it clean, I emailed dealership, Heard back from Lisa. Emailed her why car was on the lot for 5 months, what was wrong with it? Scratches, dents, was it clean, can she send me the car fax on the car.? She called said it was in great shape, I wouldn't be disappointed, knowing I had an hour car trip. They took more photos for me, but not very revealing ones, since when I arrived at the dealer, was met by Michael who showed me the car. It was a bomb, salt all over floor from the winter, stained carpets, no floor mats, soda cans in cup holders and pizza plate and cup in another. Looked past this and took a test drive. Got back asked for CAR FAX again, and repair order of what was done to make it a CERTIFIED TOYOTA. He vanished for 15 minutes and came back with 5 things scribbled on the back of a piece of paper and the car fax. ACCIDENT, STRUCTURAL DAMAGE !!!!! This is why this xxx has been on the lot for 5 months LISA. I can almost guarantee that everyone who works there knows this car has structural damage. This car is also advertised as TOYOTA CERTIFIED, which would surprise me they would certify a car with STRUCTURAL DAMAGE. Not only that, NO SIENNA CAN BE CERTIFIED NOW BECAUSE OF A RECALL ON THE DOORS. Supposedly the doors can open while the car is underway and they have no fix for it yet. So even if I looked past all of this, I can't get the ADVERTISED TOYOTA CERTIFIED Sienna I came for because of this recall. Michael our sales guy was nice enough to offer the option of us PURCHASING a warranty for $1100. No thanks, I will take my business elsewhere. Dishonest when asked point blank about why it was sitting on the lot for 5 months, dishonest about advertising a Certified pre owned Toyota with STRUCTURAL DAMAGE and an open recall. Just bad business. Save your customers the time and aggravation and just be honest and up front. I don't fault Michael I never asked him specific questions about the car like I did LISA, but it's not a recipe for success when you deceive your potential clients. I will NEVER recommend or go to this dealer again. More
