It's not easy being a woman purchasing a car on her own but I had the greatest experience and am definitely going back for my next purchase. Bernie literally spent hours with me explaining everything, getting me into the car I wanted and getting me the best deal. All the while I never got the sense that he was trying to rush me to get to the next customer. Plus he was a super cool dude to hang out with while I waited during the various processes. It was the first time I leased a car and Bernie totally helped in all of my decision making. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone interested in a Toyota. My grandma and I thank you, Bernie!!! He is the consummate professional. He's not pushy, doesn't put pressure at all. No tactics, no tricks. We begin each appointment with him asking me, "Which car are you thinking about?" I tell him what I'm looking for and he immediately gives me a list of available cars and never tries to upsell. He's always very respectful of our budget and goes above and beyond to try to get us a little more than we asked for and stay within the numbers.
