Best experience in 18 years of leasing I made an appointment to upgrade my 2014 Toyota Corrola and was very happy to see the appointment was withb Ralston Dunn who sold me at bleast three o I made an appointment to upgrade my 2014 Toyota Corrola and was very happy to see the appointment was withb Ralston Dunn who sold me at bleast three of my six last leses with Toyota. Ralston instills confidencewhenhe talks about the lease. I n an age when car salesmen have questionable reputations, it is very comforting to deal with a gentleman like Ralston who senses what the customer wants and doesn't try to sell him things to run up the cost of the lease. Ralston also took a good deal of time explaining the new features of needing no key to start or turn off the car and how to connect the smart phone to the bluetooth navigation system. All in all it was the best upgrading I have experienced in these last six Toyota leasings--- thanks to Ralston. More

He is both friendly and professional and dealing with him has just been a pleasure! After the initial time working with him, I just contact him ahead of time and make an appointment. I let him know what make, model and year I am looking for along with any special options I am considering. Once I am at the showroom, he quickly gets me a list of vehicles that meet my requirements. It then basically comes down to picking a color and working out an acceptable deal. Couldn't be much easier! Julio Escobar has now handled my financing paperwork two times. Dealing with him has also been a pleasure! More
