Solid dealership With my mother and I in the market for a large or midsize car, we ended up here as we were both interested in a Toyota Camry XLE V6 as it was well rat With my mother and I in the market for a large or midsize car, we ended up here as we were both interested in a Toyota Camry XLE V6 as it was well rated by Consumer Reports and had heard good things about it. I came to the dealership solo the first time, as I wanted to test-drive a Camry as well as get pricing information on it. I was initially greeted by a friendly and efficient receptionist, who set me up with Colin, who proved to be an excellent salesman as he was very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and eager to earn my business! After going over what I wanted as well as the available discounts, Colin told me that because he was a bit overextended as he was scheduled with another customer, he set me up with Jay, another salesman who also proved to be excellent, thanks to his knowledge about Toyotas as well as other automakers. For example, he mentioned that Toyotas tend to have excellent reliability thanks to sticking to proven technologies that work well, like their 3.5-liter V6 engine mated to a smooth six-speed transmission, which they have used since the mid-2000s and that the Hyundai Sonota feels less planted at highway speeds due to its lighter weight after I brought that up to him based on my mom's experience with the Sonota. I liked the Camry, as it was comfortable, powerful, and had a good combination of a smooth ride and responsive handling. The test-drive was also the most comprehensive of all of the dealerships I visited, as not only did Jay take me on side streets and main roads, he also took me on the Wantagh Parkway one exit, which helped me gague how the car felt during highway driving. After our test drive, I went back to Colin and he had the numbers ready and they were excellent, as thanks to a AAA discount, a recent college graduate discount, and $2,000 Toyota cash, we were able to get about $5,000 below the MSRP with taxes and fees! Julio, the helpful and not too pressuring Finance Manager, also proved to be an excellent employee, as he gave me a thorough overview of different financing options and how they could potentially save me even more money thanks to further discounts. Since I was still interested in the car and was happy with the experience, I came back with my mom three days later and we met with Colin once again to test drive the Camry again and appraise our trade of a luxury sports sedan. Unfortunately, this was the one slight demerit of the dealership as while it was not Colin's fault, they wanted to lowball our trade initially. Mom was insulted as we knew the car's value was higher thanks to research and thankfully, they countered as they consulted the trade-in's automaker and agreed to a much fairer price, showing their eagerness to keep our business and make us happy. We then enjoyed a long test drive again, which helped us get to know the car. Afterwards, we went over the pricing and were happy with what we found out. Why did we not go with the Toyota Camry XLE V6? Well, while we liked it, mom found that she preferred the Subaru Legacy 3.6R Limited, as it had better suspension tuning than the Camry. However, if you are in the market for a Toyota, we would definitely recommend this dealership as the salespeople were eager to please and honest and their pricing is very competitive! More
MISGUIDED SERVICE ADVISE COSTING $2500.00 BEING A SENIOR CITIZEN HAD THE MOST HORROR EXPERIENCE WHEN CAR WAS TAKEN TO AM ANNUAL INSPECTION.THE SERVICE MANAGER WAS RATHER ADAMANT AND RUDE REQUE BEING A SENIOR CITIZEN HAD THE MOST HORROR EXPERIENCE WHEN CAR WAS TAKEN TO AM ANNUAL INSPECTION.THE SERVICE MANAGER WAS RATHER ADAMANT AND RUDE REQUESTING A PRE AUTHERIZATION FOR 4 HOURS AT THE RATE OF $125.00 AN HOUR JUST TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. MY CAR WAS RUNNING WITHOUT A HITCH NO ENGINE WARNING SIGN NOTHING. MY GUT FEELING SMELT SOMETHING FISHY ABOUT HIS ADVISE AND REFUSED TO GO AHEAD , GOT MY CAR BACK WENT TO A LOCAL GARAGE AND THE MECHANIC THERE PASSED THE INSPECTION WITHIN 30 MNTS NO PROBLEM , COST ME $37.50 ONLY. I WANT THE GULLIBLE PEOPLE TO KNOW WHAT IS OUT THERE WITH WESTBURY TOYOTA, HAPPY WITH LOCAL GARAGE AND MY LITTLE COROLLA RUNS SMOOTH AS USUAL!!! More

The salesperson knew zero about the car - I knew far more than he did. He knew nothing about the needed paperwork for my trade (took 4 times writing up the order). AFTER settling on a deal, he writes up an order & it shows a $375 "administrative fee" and a $374 "transportation fee". I went ballistic - the fees got removed, but they tried to slip in $749 of bogus fees after my deal was made. The car is great, but will never step foot in the dealership again. More

I'm living New jersey but, when I searching dealer rate, west bury Toyota was really great. So I tried to believe them and went to Long island. I wanted to buy Toyota LE first time, and My dealer (Alvaro Granados) fully explained to me about other options (LE, LE+, LEX) And, He gave me reasonable price. After his explained, I changed my decision and I bought Highlander 2016 LEX. Yesterday, he gave me NEW Car with full tank gas!!! Thank you for your working! More
