I’ve always had some hesitation and fear about being pressured or swindled, but Denni was the exact opposite. He was honest, patient, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and informed. He took extra time to show us different vehicle colors even going as far as to take us to the warehouse so we could see all our options in person. He encouraged us to test drive the car and never once made us feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. We initially just came to check out the Camry with no real expectation of leasing right away, but Denni‘s professionalism and transparency built our trust immediately, he even fought to help us stay within our budget and found us a great deal that worked perfectly Denni is a true example of what customer service should be, and that is respectful, patient and dedicated to helping people find the right car without any gimmicks. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. He made what is usually a stressful experience into an enjoyable one. More
