This review is more about the salesman, a young man named Caleb Keating. I was in the market for a new 2024 Toyota Corolla. I did extensive research on the internet and saw that Caleb had good reviews, so I Caleb Keating. I was in the market for a new 2024 Toyota Corolla. I did extensive research on the internet and saw that Caleb had good reviews, so I decided to give him a call. On the phone, he sounded pleasant and eager to work out a deal, so the next day, we met in person. On the Westbury Toyota website, I saw that this dealership was about to receive 18 Corollas equipped exactly alike, some were built and were waiting to be transported to the dealership, others were not yet built but would be shortly. One of the cars that was already built was exactly what I wanted, the exterior and interior colors that I desired, so I already had the stock number and told that to Caleb and he said that this car was available. We discussed price, and he mentioned that the manager makes the final decision to approve a deal or not. He gave me a number that he thought would be reasonable for me and the dealership and the manager approved it, you cannot get an easier negotiation, totally stress free. I gave him a $500 deposit at this point. He told me he would keep me apprised of the car's status and called to tell me the car was at the Port in NJ and would be at the dealership in a day or two. The next day, it arrived and he called me. I went with my wife the next day to pick it up and Caleb took quite a bit of time during the delivery to explain to us the different controls on the car. He also said to give him a call if we have any more questions. If you are in the market for a Toyota, I heartily suggest looking up Caleb Keating, as this affable, pleasant young man made this car buying experience enjoyable. More
