I made an appointment to test drive one of their used vehicles, and was informed that the car was available. After driving almost 2 hours to get here through traffic, I was informed in person that the ca vehicles, and was informed that the car was available. Absolutely worthless. I asked the dealership for specifics on this vehicle and they sent me generic responses that didn't even fit the conversation. I called before I made a 3 hour drive to view several vehicles. I was told that the cars would be ready for me to look at when i arrived. Once I arrived at the dealership I was told that none of the cars vehicles. I was told that the cars would be ready for me to look at when i arrived. Once I arrived at the dealership I was told that none of the cars where available and that they had all be sent to a junk yard prior to my arrival. 2 of the cars I was told that they would not sell them to me because they would not start or had a bad engine. Had these issues been told to me upfront, I would not have wasted the gas or the time to drive 3 hours to this dealership. I would recommend that anyone looking for a vehicle, stay away from Western Ave Nissan and South Side Chicago Dodge. More
