During the purchasing process, the staff was very eager—even aggressive—to close the deal. At the time, the truck appeared to be in good condition and we believed we were making a fair purchase. Unfortunately, within just a month of owning the vehicle, it began running sluggishly. We made multiple attempts to contact Western Motors—leaving several voicemails and sending an email directly to the manager—but received no response whatsoever. All we wanted was assistance or guidance on what to do next. Their lack of response was extremely frustrating. Left with no other option, we took the truck to our trusted local mechanic, who couldn’t determine the issue. We then brought it to a certified Chevrolet dealership for a full diagnostic. There, we learned that the truck had a broken piston—a serious issue that had clearly been present for some time before we purchased it. Fortunately, the vehicle was still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, which is the only silver lining in this situation. We are extremely disappointed in the way Western Motors handled—or rather, ignored—this situation. As farmers, we value trust, honesty, and integrity. We were more than willing to work with them if they had simply responded, but their silence spoke volumes. We’ll be sharing our experience with others in our community and leaving honest reviews to warn potential customers. Needless to say, we will never do business with Western Motors again. Very disappointing. More

Lol. They're very personable, friendly and respectful. We had a couple concerns with our vehicle and they immediately had us take it to them and they took it to the shop so the concern could be addressed. Highly recommend this place, ask for Ghaleb!
