Normal maintenance I was very disappointed in the fact that I was never notified about the dealership purchase and renaming. So I was very surprised to be told that the I was very disappointed in the fact that I was never notified about the dealership purchase and renaming. So I was very surprised to be told that there is no oil change packages available even though I have been going to this dealership since I purchased by KIA back in 2009. I would have expected local customers to be taken care of no matter what the dealership did. Besides by KIA I also bring my second van to this service location for it's general maintenance and tires because of my ongoing experience with the service department. I due consider this a step backwards. No need to go any further for I've already brought this to the attention of the service manager. I did have my car serviced on this day and everything was okay. More

SO EASY! Gary Irvin was amazing! I was at the end of my lease and was dreading going through the process of renewing. I walked into the dealership just to get Gary Irvin was amazing! I thought it was going to be a hard process, it was so easy! 2 hours later I walked out with keys to my new vehicle and so much stress relieved, and almost exactly the same payment i was paying before! I never thought I'd be able to get in handled so easily! Thumbs up to Chris Leath Kia and Danny V I had visited several other car dealerships before coming to Chris Leath Kia. One evening I was doing a "drive by" to look at the models available and I had visited several other car dealerships before coming to Chris Leath Kia. One evening I was doing a "drive by" to look at the models available and was not familiar with Kia at all. Danny Via met me out in the lot. The whole experience was relaxed and informative. I didn't feel any pressure to buy and he told me the information I needed. I returned to the dealership the following day and had an opportunity to drive the vehicle I was interested in at that point. Again, the information was relevant and the atmosphere was laid back. Danny allowed me to set the timeframe for my purchase and was never "pushy." feel very confident with my purchase. I feel like I bought a quality vehicle at a fair price. I feel like the customer service was great and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
