Just all around poor service from the moment I walked up to the service podiums and was completely ignored by every single one of the service people standing behind one as they stared at their computers com to the service podiums and was completely ignored by every single one of the service people standing behind one as they stared at their computers completely ignoring that I was the only one waiting. It wasn’t until I caught the eye of the only woman who kindly helped me. The whole experience was terrible and I will never go again.
