The service needs I brought the car in for were completed. One concern I received a call regarding my battery needing to be replaced. I chose not to have it replaced at this time. It seems as if the technicians were not willing to work on my vehicle. They offered me overpriced parts that may or may not show up in a reasonable time. They qouted me over $900 for 2 parts, plus labor for a power window wiring issue. I understand my car is old and is a hassle to work on. Thats why I came to weston Kia. Not to be shiested out $130 for an attempted diagnostic. Nothing was resolved with my vehicle. Respectfuly, I will not be returning to your shop for anything. Honestly Please try harder next time.
