Weston kia was probably the best experience purchasing a vehicle I've ever had. Very friendly accomadating from the sales man to finance, to service dept. Got an amazing vehicle for a great price and I thin vehicle I've ever had. Very friendly accomadating from the sales man to finance, to service dept. Angela was amazing! Disappointed waiting for 3 hours for a 10 minute diagnoses. Made an appt and still waited for 3 hours. Watched it go on the lift and get checked in 10 minutes. I had been a long time repeat customer and after two bad experiences, two in sales and two in service in 2018/2019. Said I would never come back but I recently had a MVA and needed my Kia repaired. Angela w experiences, two in sales and two in service in 2018/2019. Said I would never come back but I recently had a MVA and needed my Kia repaired. Angela was fantiastic from the start! She handled the insurance company for me, made sure all of my wishes were fought for and it made things so much easier. A few easy details were missed by the Service Tech - but Anglea got right on it and gave me the traditional feeling that the "customer is #1." Its been a long time since I have had that feeling here. I must have called her a dozen times and each time she was pleasant, professional, and acted like I was not trouble at all. Whatever they are paying her, it is not enough, and she should be training every member of this dealership.....she was so awesome I might even come back to by my 4th car there.. More
