Had an appointment for an oil change, waited 2 hrs in a waiting area full of unruly kids and babies for car to be completed. Never got a notification about car being done so upon going down to service desk to ask how much longer they informed me that car was done but waiting on wiper blades to be installed.( So basically I would have been waiting all day) Very disappointed that a standard 45-60 oil change turned into 2hr 20 min wait. Typical experience has been good but this visit was the worst. More
