We were involved in an accident on 10/3 our car was totaled and we had to buy another car, so It wasn’t a great time and we were banged up and just wasn’t looking forward to the experience of buying an totaled and we had to buy another car, so It wasn’t a great time and we were banged up and just wasn’t looking forward to the experience of buying another car but that all changed when we got to Weston Kia when we got there we were greeted by Nikita we explained that we had talked to Trevor on the phone but we were late getting there. Trevor had went home so Nikita called him and he had Nikita take over. Nikita was very pleasant and knowledgeable he helped us get the car we wanted and stayed late for us. We came back the next day to pick the car up and we were able to meet Trevor he was very nice and professional as well! Everybody we dealt with was super nice and really professional. I was dreading the pressure, games and hassle dealing with sales people. I have to tell you Kaveh was polite, attentive and he kept offering me cold water. LOL, A really nice fellow.
