Silvere is great but to be honest, my experience wasn’t great with the service department overall. Brought the car in, they said they fixed it, picked the car up and it died, so the problem wasn’t fixed. H great with the service department overall. Had to bring it back, they called with a plan and a quote, I called back and confirmed that I approved the repair and told them to order the part… over a week later when I hadn’t heard back I called, only to realize they hadn’t even ordered the part. My car was at the dealership for 20 days during which time I had to hire multiple Lyft rides to get to work and to the dealership and back. Communication was the biggest failure here. And unfortunately, this was my first experience with them so I will be going back to Ron Tonkin. More
