Well to be perfectly honest I was just ok with the entire service. I found it to be not so friendly upon arriving and when the car was completed you would think to at least give it back nice and clean. By co service. So the Nissan Centra Silver the open n close to the right door button; The damage one was not repaired completely. It was not electronically working. The door handle inside was still left damaged. So I had to go back to repair luckily after 2 mths waiting for my car it was easy to fix on the spot. Also their was glass still on the floor n seat from the accident. I strongly feel with a high end dealer and the money it cost to repair. The professional thing to do is return the car nice n clean to the customer. As we both no appearance is very “IMPORTANT”. The other Nisan Sentra burgundy was also dirty on the passenger seat. It had some white stains so when I got home I had to clean it. Again I strongly feel upon returning the car especially after 2 mths the least you can do is return it clean. It will make the customer very “HAPPY n Very Satisfied” let me tell you. Thank you for doing this survey I feel it helps to make a difference in customer service. 🤩👍 More
