Weston Nissan is a privately owned and managed Nissan Dealership and offers approximately 600 new and pre-owned vehicles, many of which are housed under roof in our multi-level showroom. Our sales department is open seven days a week and service is performed Monday-Saturday. Weston Nissan has been given an A+ rating by the BBB and has served the Davie area for over 13 years.

We're sorry there was an issue that couldn't be resolved. According to Tony there was a spillage of hand sanitizer that caused this peeling around the shifter. We truly hope you'll find a resolution to your concern. Don't hesitate to contact Tony again with any questions.

Tony made an assumption that something was spilled in the vehicle. He didn't bother to even ask me any questions. He then proceeded to use that assumption and relay that info to Nissan corporation. Now, it was my word against that of your service manager. We live in South Florida. It's hot most of the time. I've seen odd things happen in this heat. Again, I see that Weston Nissan is not willing to take ownership of this faulty part. And, it's a shame that your service manager, who's supposed to be your representative, would accuse a customer without any questions. Once again, I leave this for all customers to see. BEWARE of the wolf is sheep clothing. Tony is a lier!! He lied to his superiors and to Nissan Corporate. And, now I'm forced to pay for a part that should be covered under warranty. Unfortunately there is no rating less than one star.I certainly hopes that the owner of the dealership sees this rating. She should know how her business is treating customers.
