Thankfully, Yosmel transformed this into an easy, comfortable and friendly experience. Yosmel is knowledgeable and very experienced, but also helpful, honest and respectful. He did not pressure us into something we were not looking for. We walked out of the dealer with exactly what we were looking for, no more, no less, even knowing in advance what was the full, Out The Door Price and how much we would need to pay monthly for the loan. We even had the opportunity to do most of the negotiation via SMS and paperwork online from home, so we only were for about 90 minutes for the drive test, and finalize some details, which I really appreciate as my job and obligations make it difficult for me to spend a full day at a dealer.
