Purchased a Honda Civic from him, then a Nissan Murano, few years later a BMW 328i, and just a few days ago my Nissan Sentra. I go back to Pedro because I trust him.... because I have zero doubt he will have my best interest in mind. He will not push me to make a decision. On the contrary, he has encouraged me to be sure of my decision before I agree to sign any paperwork. One of a kind. The price was in line with other used car dealers but I liked the fact that my car was coming from the original Bought our used 2018 Sentra from them. The price was in line with other used car dealers but I liked the fact that my car was coming from the original dealer. It was a returned lease with about 14,000 miles and still had the original warranty. Our salesman Eduardo was a pleasure to work with. Turns out the front radar sensor was defective and their service department was also a pleasure to work with. Denny my service rep after having the car checked told the sensor had to be replaced and a replacement sensor would be in the next day. The following morning he called me to say the part was in and to bring the car over. From sales to service my experience with Weston Nissan has been stellar so far. More

I feel at ease going to Nissan for Service Everything was great. From the Valet to the waiting area to the customer service given. The only criticism that I have is prices. In the direction that the auto market is heading many car manufacturers are becoming very competitive and cars are becoming more attractive. For example, I never thought I would consider buying a Kia but after seeing their new Telluride in person I was in awe and have become curious. Their Telluride model has a nice design in addition to their warranty. Also, the new electric auto market like Tesla is requiring less maintenance which in turn raises the sale price. Electric cars are now starting to become more popular. In my opinion, Nissan should consider these trends and offer lower service prices or at least more coupons and discounts to keep customers. This is something to look out as it may not be effecting the dealerships now but staying proactive and adapting to change is key to success. More
