This review is for weston nissan and NOT for weston volvo. Tony did a good job but at the end we did not agree on the terms and pricing so I left. Later that day a few hours after I had left the dealer Tony Tony did a good job but at the end we did not agree on the terms and pricing so I left. Later that day a few hours after I had left the dealer Tony texted me becuase he left his car keys in my car. I was kind enough to drive to the dealer and met him at the entrance and handed him the keys. This happended last Saturday. A week later meaning today I went to the Volvo dealer next door to purchase a volvo which I did today. While I was waiting in the lobby Tony saw me and passed infront of me I could tell on purpose. Unless he has a very short memory, he didnt have the decency to say hi, it seems he took very personal the fact that I didnt buy a car from and he missed on his commission. Very rude and I really didnt like the way he aggresively walked infront of me and didnt acknowledge me as to make a point that I can go xxxx myself. More

After doing some research and determining the vehicle that I needed was a Murano, I walked in and was lucky enough to run into Rafael. He made the entire process so easy and made me feel very comfortable. He answered all of my questions and after 1 month still checks in to see how it's going. I had a few questions during this first month and he made himself available every time. Rafael was very patient, professional and knowledgable about the vehicle itself. Gave me great tips the day I took the car home. Sat with me and gave me a mini bootcamp on the basics before I drove away. I will definitely be returning to see him when my son starts driving soon and for my own upgrade..... More

Thank you Pedro Gonzalez I spent a few months looking to buy a car. By the time I spoke with Mr. Gonzalez I was very skeptical. I found a car online that I liked. He went abov I spent a few months looking to buy a car. By the time I spoke with Mr. Gonzalez I was very skeptical. I found a car online that I liked. He went above & beyond. He sent me photos so I knew the car was still there, got to work early to call me, answered many questions, & didn't try to get me to buy a different car or pressure me. While I was buying the car I was getting pretty hungry. He offered us coffee, bottled water, donuts & bagels. I made a joke about the happy face sticker during the test drive & he actually gave me one plus a gas card. It was a nice change from what I experienced at many other dealers. The only part I didn't expect was I thought I was getting a soft injury on my credit but it showed up as a hard injury. I called him & he explained that that happens anytime you buy a car even though I was paying that day not financing. Even then after the sale was done he took time to answer my questions.
