Quick and Easy! I made an early morning appointment to have my wife oil changed and tires rotated. I arrived about 5 minutes before opening and they already had emplo I made an early morning appointment to have my wife oil changed and tires rotated. I arrived about 5 minutes before opening and they already had employees outside checking us in. At 730 the door opened and we were shown into the waiting room. They had coffee, water, juices and by 745 bagels all free of charge. Within 5 minutes I had my service adviser call me in to go over what needed to be done and within the hour I was on my way home with fresh oil, rotated tired and a freshly vacuumed Murano. Quick and Easy appointment! More

Service maintenence I did not have an appointment but they took the car in within 5 minutes. Fast, friendly and courteous. Within 30 minutes a tech came to me explained w I did not have an appointment but they took the car in within 5 minutes. Fast, friendly and courteous. Within 30 minutes a tech came to me explained what had been done and the only requirement was a change of air handler filter. He even found a coupon to bring the price down. After approval it was done within 10 minutes approx. Great overall service and waiting room was comfortable and had water, coffee, doughnuts, bagels. More
