I wish I could give Five stars, but I have a couple of things that I have not experienced with Volvo service. This is the first time I lease a Volvo and I am just a bit shocked that they are not more cust things that I have not experienced with Volvo service. This is the first time I lease a Volvo and I am just a bit shocked that they are not more customer oriented,,, 1) the service hours are restored from 8:00 to 5:00… Then, I have to (2) drop my car either early morning or no later than 3:30. What?! I’m an executive and timing is essential (3) then my car takes 2 to 2 1/2 hours for routine service - really? Nothing “timely” about that. Basically, I thought that getting a Volvo, I would have Excellent service -including extended service hours and quick turnaround. So, my 4 out of 5 Stars are: For staff friendliness, very communicative, reliable parts. When service hours are extended AND routine service can be done in a timely manner, then I will be glad to give you five stars. More

I waited for my car it was completed in a timely manor I was explained all that was done to the car and the service department also took care of the seat belt recall issue as well .
