Have been w Volvo for more than 10 years. The internet sales dept, specifically Steve Marius, is awful. He was curt, rude, did not follow through and seemed to care less about making a deal despite the ba sales dept, specifically Steve Marius, is awful. I went into the dealership and was delighted by the sales associate, Danny. He was everything Steve was not. Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and kind. I was not planning on even getting into another volvo, but Danny changed my mind. The dealership is clean, covid friendly, and overall professional looking.
