We understand your frustration when dealing with an ongoing noise concern, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the circumstances surrounding your vehicle's visit. Diagnosing suspension-related noises can sometimes require additional time, as identifying the exact source of the concern is not always straightforward. In this particular case, certain suspension components were identified as a known source of the noise. Because the vehicle was covered by an extended warranty, additional time was required to obtain authorization for the necessary repairs. On more than one occasion, our team had to contact the warranty provider to request approval for additional work, which can impact the overall repair timeline. We also provided alternate transportation as a courtesy while the vehicle was in our care. We are pleased that the vehicle has since been repaired and returned to you. We do, however, regret that you felt your concerns were not adequately addressed. Our goal is to provide a positive service experience while ensuring that repairs are properly diagnosed and completed. Thank you again for your feedback, and we appreciate your understanding.

I understand the warranty part, I dropped the car on August 21st I got a call to pick it up on September 2nd and ensuring the car was ready and it was not so diagnostic was wrong and then the car stayed for 26 days more, then car was picked up on September 28th with a Volvo On Call Service Required notification on that was not when I dropped the car which On Call thing was fixed last year on November, on this waiting time from August to when I got the car back I called several time the advisor I left messages and also I called the Service Manager and a message was left as well and never returned my call, on my last visit on January is im not mistaken after picking up my car from the dealer I almost got stranded in the middle of the road and I had to drive slowly for a few miles on the expressway back to the dealership, is myself having a horrible experience on Weston Volvo or its the service been provided on my car or it the brand that has bad reputation.
