Was immediately greeted upon entering the service center (I believe Juan) and asked how they could assist. The intake was smooth and quick, and within a few short minutes, my vehicle and details were taken. (I believe Juan) and asked how they could assist. I then proceeded to the waiting area (the area to work on laptops) and utilized the WIFI, had a cup of coffee, and a complementary snack. I was able to do my work while waiting for the vehicle. Although the service took a little over 2 hours, I didnt mind waiting because I was very comfortable and had everything I needed to continue my productive day. More
