I wanted to take a moment to congratulate you on two employees that have been nothing short of extraordinary, Mr. Nick Palenzuela, and Mr. Randy Ramos. While I do not possess the vocabulary to fully express my gratitude towards these two individuals, I will do my very best whilst being brief so as to be respectful of your time, which I am sure is limited. I visited your dealership for a service/repair appointment last Friday, March 3rd, 2023, in which I was delivered bad news regarding my vehicle and what it would take for me to have it repaired. Mr. Ramos and Mr. Palenzuela immediately took me under their wings and demonstrated a level of customer service that I have never experienced at a dealership, and my family and I have dealt with more than I can count. It is nerve-racking for me to visit a dealership, in large part due to the fact that I know nothing about cars and fear I will be taken advantage of. Not only did these two individuals not make me feel this way, but they did everything in their power to ensure that I felt like part of your Volvo family. Frankly, they were so kind, professional, honest, and courteous that I found myself having to look around to remind myself that I was at a car dealership and not at home! If this is the kind of service I can expect from your dealership I am certain that these two individuals have just secured you a customer for life.
