Juan wasn’t my favorite to be honest. I explained how my car was lagging when I’d start it up and that maybe it was time for a battery change. He had me show him and his response was “It’s not that bad but I can have it checked out.” I thought this was a very unprofessional response because it obviously was bad enough to me that I brought it in. He should have left that comment up to the actual mechanics that would be inspecting my car. Turns out I was right. It was the battery that needed to be changed. He concluded with “You were right. It was the battery.” More
