All the people are interacted with at this dealership was respectful. However, I was not happy with the lack of loaner cars. I don’t think I should spend $70,000 on a car bring it in for service and sit down respectful. However, I was not happy with the lack of loaner cars. I was surprised when I got there and asked for a loaner and then I was told that there is no loaner and I need to wait. Eventually they did get a shuttle guy to take me home so it worked out OK. Asst Service Mgr Luis reached out to Corporate Volvo to help with a failure of the A/C evaporator which occurred 2 1/2 weeks after Warranty expired. Through Luis, Volvo agreed to cover the repair and parts help with a failure of the A/C evaporator which occurred 2 1/2 weeks after Warranty expired.
