The dealership was very prompt in answering the questions that I had regarding the pick up and delivery of my car. Very efficient and on time. But didn’t like that they charge for valet service. Part of my service was tire rotation. When I picked up my car I was able to tell that the tires were not rotated because one tire had been marked prior to being dropped off due to a prev When I picked up my car I was able to tell that the tires were not rotated because one tire had been marked prior to being dropped off due to a previous tire issue. The marked tire was in the same location when picked up. The service rep took the car back and had the tires rotated. This does not leave me with confidence that the other required work was actually completed. More
