The only reason I gave 4 stars was because several settings were changed when I got the car back... some radio stations were gone, the heads up display was moved down and the setting f because several settings were changed when I got the car back... some radio stations were gone, the heads up display was moved down and the setting for the center screen behind the steering wheel was different. But we adjusted things back to the way they were. No problem. But the service itself was fine. More

Always a pleasure. An emergency situation came up where I had to have my car towed. A loaner is available to allow me to go to work. My car was Ready the next day. The service was covered under warranty whic had to have my car towed. A loaner is available to allow me to go to work. My car was Ready the next day. Brought my 2020 xc60 in cause the air was only blowing cold on passenger side. Your service dept told me I needed a new compressor??? Not covered under warranty, gave me an estimate for over $2000. Picked up my car and brought it to Warren Henry Volvo in Miami and they fixed it 20 minutes for FREE. YOU SAID I HAD A HILE IN THE COMPRESSOR, WARREN HENRY SAID THAT WAS A LIE!!! Not a great idea to scam a loyal customer, I’m waiting for an apology. More
