Beautiful dealership. Would have given 5 stars but service writer Juan Salas left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. Called numerous times, getting a call back was a chore . Had an issue with bumper service writer Juan Salas left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. Called numerous times, getting a call back was a chore . Had an issue with bumper cover tow cover missing,when I asked about it and his answer was to call Volvo. I wanted to know if he had it or knew what tow company. Didn’t care for his I really don’t care attitude. Why was car delivered to me with it missing?. I was.rude and hung up on him after telling him he was useless. I ended up finding it under my seat! I will never go back! More

Service desk people received the car right away.
