Referred by CarMax for service on keyless entry that they couldn't repair. Once things got settled everything was great. Only suggestion would be to keep customer informed with daily phone calls. Seeing as it was a brake issue they got me in the next morning, Adam went the extra mile to ensure I immediately called Volvo to get an appointment.
