Did not wash my car after doing a $550 service. Couldn’t even see through my windshield because of the bugs. That’s a complete embarrassment. Every other Volvo I have been to has washed my car following eve even see through my windshield because of the bugs. That’s a complete embarrassment. It was my second visit after the 20000 miles service visit and finally seems the car is fine, well balanced and aligned. Not shaking anymore when it gets more than 40mph. My Volvo service advisor is Luis Gonzalez. Luis has an excellent personality who is very flexible and accommodating.I have been working with Luis for quite a few year up to now. I have found him to be polite, professional, reliable and hard working. He is also very helpful and proven to be pleasant to deal with.
