Adam is the best! I was going to piecemeal the services...tires at tire store, oil change at another service station etc. Had a 50.00 coupon form Volvo so I called them. My new 2020 V60 had defective fog lights that needed to be replaced. The service took longer than it was supposed to. I like my service advisor; he's always been pleasant. I brought this to his attention and Luis blamed it on the person who vacuumed the car. I told him I wanted it corrected/replaced. At that point his attitude changed and he became almost physically upset. Stormed off saying the part would be ordered. That was over three weeks ago and there's been no additional contact with me. During the same visit I inquired about ordering a protective film for the cars center touch screen. The parts dept. guy I spoke face to face with had no interest in doing anything but sit there. Told me to go online; which I had and found nothing, hens why I'm here. Volvo offers no protective "anything" for the touch screen. Nor could I get an answer about putting a laptop protective film on it and how that would be viewed as a none approved Volvo/aftermarket item? I inquired about other options and got nothing; no sorry, goody, "get the xxxx out of here", nothing... This person has no business dealing with customers... More
